Our beef sticks must be kept refrigerated or frozen!
Our beef sticks can be frozen without impacting their flavor or texture. The frozen shelf life is a year and a half, sealed in the refrigerator is 90 days, and once opened in the fridge, it is good for 7 days. No cooking needed!

Meriwether Farms exclusively sources its beef from our Wyoming farms. Our entire process is distinctly American — born, bred, and fed in Wyoming's natural pastures, our cattle are raised without added hormones, antibiotics, or MRNA vaccines to hand processing and packaging, all taking place right here in Wyoming. Our cattle are grass-fed and then finished on a unique blend of locally grown grains, free from added hormones, antibiotics, or mRNA vaccines. The beef from Meriwether Farms undergoes dry-aging and is meticulously hand-cut by our own skilled artisans in Riverton, Wyoming.
