Shipping
We ship from Monday to Wednesday to ensure that your package won't experience delays over the weekend.
All orders are shipped using FedEx 2 Day Delivery, guaranteeing delivery within 2 business days throughout the United States (delivery times to and from select ZIP codes in Alaska and Hawaii may differ from delivery times in the contiguous U.S.).
Every box is carefully packed with insulation and comes straight from our -20 degree freezer!
All shipments require a home address - we DO NOT ship to P.O Boxes.
Meriwether Farms is NOT responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
Delivery
While in transit, some products may experience partial thawing. We cannot guarantee that products will arrive frozen. If the meat is fully defrosted but still cold to the touch (at or below 40 °F, if using a thermometer) and in its original packaging, you can refreeze it.
However, if the meat is fully thawed and has been at room temperature, we recommend reaching out to us for assistance.
Return
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. Should you encounter any issues with our products, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@meriwetherfarms.com.
Route Coverage
We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.
Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.
