A Marrow Bone is the culinary and butchery term for either the Femur, Shank or Tibia bone of a steer that is cut for eating. Bone Marrow has a rich, creamy, nutty flavor due to the high-fat content. Marrow bones are ideal for soups and broths, as they produce a strong beef flavor. They provide a great source of essential fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals like calcium, phosphorus, and iron. 

The Box Includes:

*Due to the sharp edges of the bones, puncturing of the vacuum-sealed bags may occur, but rest assured, it will not impact the quality of the bones.

We pack our boxes with insulation, and every box comes out of our -20 degree freezer! We have partnered with FedEx to offer the fastest delivery service. We ship Monday to Wednesday and boxes are delivered to your doorstep within two business days of shipment.
