Recipe Suggestions:
Classic Chicken Fried Steak:
- Ingredients: Beef cube steaks, flour, eggs, milk, seasoning (salt, pepper, paprika), vegetable oil.
- Instructions: Dredge steaks in seasoned flour, dip in beaten eggs mixed with milk, then back in flour. Fry in hot oil until golden. Serve with gravy
Steak and Mushroom Gravy:
- Ingredients: Beef cube steaks, sliced mushrooms, beef broth, flour, onions, garlic, olive oil, thyme.
- Instructions: Brown steaks in oil; set aside. Sauté onions, garlic, mushrooms, add flour, then broth to make gravy. Return steaks to pan, simmer until tender.
Italian Beef Cube Steak Parmesan:
- Ingredients: Beef cube steaks, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, marinara sauce, mozzarella, egg, olive oil.

- ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Given the perishable nature of the product, we do not accept returns.

- While in transit, some products may experience partial thawing. We cannot guarantee that products will arrive frozen. You can safely refreeze thawed raw meats that are still cold and either covered or in its original packaging. Per USDA guidelines, once the meat has been thawed safely in a refrigerated environment at a temperature no higher than 40 F, this meat can be safely refrozen.
- However, if the meat is fully thawed and has been at room temperature, we recommend reaching out to us for assistance.
