• We ship from Monday to Wednesday to ensure that your package won't experience delays over the weekend.
• Our processing time is currently 1-2 weeks! 
• All orders above $150 ship for FREE. A flat rate of $15 per box will be charged on orders under $150.
• All orders are shipped using UPS One to Three Day Delivery, guaranteeing delivery within one to three business days after we fulfilled your order throughout the United States. 
• Every box is carefully packed with insulation and comes straight from our -20 degree freezer!
• All shipments require a home address - we DO NOT ship to P.O Boxes or Business addresses! 
• Meriwether Farms is NOT responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. 
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Given the perishable nature of the product, we do not accept returns.
  

Delivery

• While in transit, some products may experience partial thawing. We cannot guarantee that products will arrive frozen.You can safely refreeze thawed raw meats that are still cold and either covered or in its original packaging. Per USDA guidelines, once the meat has been thawed safely in a refrigerated environment at a temperature no higher than 40 F, this meat can be safely refrozen.
• However, if the meat is fully thawed and has been at room temperature, we recommend reaching out to us for assistance.

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. Should you encounter any issues with our products, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@meriwetherfarms.com.

• We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.
• By declining Route package insurance, Meriwether farms is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items!
• Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.
