Our Grass-Fed Tenderloin Steak is the epitome of high-quality beef. Each cut is dry-aged to perfection for 14 days, enhancing its natural flavors and tenderness. This buttery, succulent steak is perfect for those who appreciate the finer things in life and crave the unadulterated taste of premium Wyoming-raised Grass-fed beef.

The Box Includes:

  • 10 Filet Mignon Steaks (6 oz each)
  • 4lbs of ground beef (1lb packages)

Classic Filet Mignon with Garlic Butter:

  1. Ingredients: Filet Mignons, salt, pepper, garlic her butter
  2. Instructions: Season filets with salt and pepper. Sear on high heat, then finish in the oven to desired doneness. Top with garlic herb butter. Serve it with mashed potatoes and steamed green beans. 

Filet Mignon in Red Wine Reduction:

  1. Ingredients: Filet mignons, red wine, beef broth.
  2. Instruction: Cook filets to preference. Deglaze pan with red wine, add a touch of beef broth, reduce and spoon over steak. Serve it with roasted rosemary baby potatoes and glazed carrots. 

Peppercorn Crusted Filet Mignon:

  1. Ingredients: Filet mignon, black peppercorn
  2. Instruction: Coat filets with crushed black peppercorns, sear and cook to taste. Serve it with a creamy peppercorn sauce. We recommend serving it with grilled asparagus and a wild rice pilaf.

  • We ship from Monday to Wednesday to ensure that your package won't experience delays over the weekend.
  • Our processing time is currently 1-2 weeks! 
  • A flat rate of $14 will be charged for all orders. This does not include subscriptions.
  • All orders are shipped using FedEx 2-Day Delivery, guaranteeing delivery within two business days after we fulfilled your order throughout the United States. 
  • Every box is carefully packed with insulation and comes straight from our -20 degree freezer!
  • All shipments require a home address. We DO NOT ship to P.O Boxes or Business addresses! 
  • Meriwether Farms is NOT responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. 
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Given the perishable nature of the product, we do not accept returns.
