A Marrow Bone is the culinary and butchery term for either the Femur, Shank or Tibia bone of a steer that is cut for eating. Bone Marrow has a rich, creamy, nutty flavor due to the high-fat content. Marrow bones are ideal for soups and broths, as they produce a strong beef flavor. They provide a great source of essential fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals like calcium, phosphorus, and iron.
The Box Includes:
- 6 lb Box (3 bones per pk)
*Due to the sharp edges of the bones, puncturing of the vacuum-sealed bags may occur, but rest assured, it will not impact the quality of the bones.
- We ship from Monday to Wednesday to ensure that your package won't experience delays over the weekend.
- Our processing time is currently 1-2 weeks!
- A flat rate of $14 will be charged for all orders. This does not include subscriptions.
- All orders are shipped using FedEx 2-Day Delivery, guaranteeing delivery within two business days after we fulfilled your order throughout the United States.
- Every box is carefully packed with insulation and comes straight from our -20 degree freezer!
- All shipments require a home address - we DO NOT ship to P.O Boxes or Business addresses!

- ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Given the perishable nature of the product, we do not accept returns.
Delivery
- While in transit, some products may experience partial thawing. We cannot guarantee that products will arrive frozen. You can safely refreeze thawed raw meats that are still cold and either covered or in its original packaging. Per USDA guidelines, once the meat has been thawed safely in a refrigerated environment at a temperature no higher than 40 F, this meat can be safely refrozen.
- However, if the meat is fully thawed and has been at room temperature, we recommend reaching out to us for assistance.
