Our steaks are not mass-produced, and we do not believe in overpromising what the land, cattle, and supply chain can responsibly provide. Every cut we offer reflects the same standards that built Meriwether Farms: natural beef raised without antibiotics or added hormones, bold flavor, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

Because of that loyalty, our first responsibility is to them. When premium steaks and beef cuts become available, we will prioritize fulfilling the needs of our current subscribers before releasing additional inventory to the public.
