Smoked Beef Brisket Tacos:
- Ingredients: Slow-smoked beef brisket (thinly sliced), Corn tortillas, Avocado slices, Fresh cilantro, chopped, Red onion, finely diced, Lime wedges, Cotija cheese, crumbled, Homemade salsa verdeI
- Instructions: Warm the corn tortillas on a skillet or directly over the flame. Fill each tortilla with slices of smoked beef brisket. Top with avocado slices, chopped cilantro, diced red onion, and crumbled Cotija cheese. Serve with a side of salsa verde and lime wedges for squeezing over the tacos.
Brisket Grilled Cheese Sandwich:
- Ingredients: Leftover beef brisket, shredded, Sourdough bread, Gruyere cheese, sliced, Caramelized onions, Butter for grilling, Optional: horseradish sauce or mustard for added kickI
- Instructions: Butter the outside of each slice of sourdough bread. On the inside, layer Gruyere cheese, shredded beef brisket, and caramelized onions. If desired, spread a thin layer of horseradish sauce or mustard on one side of the bread. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until the bread is golden and crispy and the cheese has melted. Serve hot.
Asian Inspired Brisket Bowl:
- Ingredients: Slow-cooked beef brisket, thinly sliced, Cooked jasmine or basmati rice, Edamame, shelled and cooked, Carrots, julienned, Cucumbers, thinly sliced, Green onions, chopped, Sesame seeds, Soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and a touch of honey for dressing, Optional: Sriracha or chili flakes for heat
